These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of queencitywindshield.com, our phone and text line, and the auto glass services provided by Queen City Windshield, LLC ("Queen City Windshield," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, requesting a quote, or scheduling service, you agree to these Terms.
We provide mobile windshield and auto glass repair, replacement, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) camera calibration at your home, workplace, or another location you choose within our service area.
Quotes are based on the vehicle information you provide. If the vehicle's actual glass, features, or condition differ from what was described (for example, a different camera, sensor, or trim package), the price may change. We will tell you about any change before doing the work. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise.
If you choose to use insurance, you authorize us to share your information with your insurer or its claims administrator and to bill them directly for the work. You remain responsible for any deductible and for any amount your insurer does not pay, including if a claim is denied or coverage was not in effect. You have the right to choose any qualified glass shop, regardless of what your insurer recommends.
Many vehicles require the forward-facing camera to be recalibrated after windshield replacement so that safety features work correctly. When calibration is required, we will perform it or arrange for it. If you decline a required calibration, you will be asked to sign a waiver, and you accept the risks of driving a vehicle whose safety systems may not work as designed.
Payment for cash jobs, and for any deductible or amount not covered by insurance, is due when the work is completed unless we agree otherwise in writing. Accepted payment methods will be listed on your invoice.
We provide a lifetime warranty on our workmanship and on defects in the glass and materials we install, for as long as you own the vehicle. This includes water leaks or seal failures caused by our work. The warranty does not cover new rock chips, cracks, or impact damage after installation; damage from accidents, road debris, or misuse; or work performed by someone else after our service. Because we are a mobile business, warranty service requires the vehicle to be within our service area. To make a warranty request, contact us at the phone number or email below. What you'll receive: messages about your quote, appointment scheduling and reminders, job status, invoices and payment links, warranty service, review requests after service, and replies to your questions. We do not send marketing texts unless you separately agree to receive them.
How you opt in: by providing your mobile number on our quote form, by texting or calling us, or by telling us in person that we may text you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages such as loss of use of your vehicle, lost time, or lost income. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. If a dispute arises, please contact us first; we will do our best to resolve it directly.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. The Terms in effect when you schedule service apply to that service.
